Okay, so Amy Eveland, you are the now regional office manager of Dr. Burton's multiple practices. It started with the single practice and now how many practices are you guys up to? It's grown. We have four in a call center. Okay, so, you know, I'm talking to you because truly you're running this operation and Dr. Burton, you keep him quite busy and all the other doctors and all the other practices. But you really are the head of marketing and I, you know, what we're doing is we want to know what our clients have to say to potential new clients that haven't been to the new patient workshop and, you know, how's Dan Brown? Now I'm not paying you to be here. You have no vested interest, you know, but you said you'd go ahead and do this because I've asked you to just give an honest account, so give an honest account of your experience with MGE, MGE's marketing system in Dan Brown, the marketing guy for dentistry. All right, MGE is amazing. We wouldn't be where we are today without MGE to be quite honest. We would still be at our one office just lugging along, but with MGE and learning all the tools that had improved expand, it's truly been amazing and we're able to train up our staff to actually be in control and actually take ownership in the offices themselves. So it's truly rewarding to be able to be a part of an establishment that does that for people. As far as the marketing thing, Dan, you are the man, you are the guy that I call for any questions that I have as far as marketing. If it works, you know, what your opinion is, like it is, you're my number one guy. I don't look at any other marketing people, nothing online, nothing, I call you, like your own speed dial for me. But what we've learned with the new patient workshop, just being able to be recognized online with the postcards, our mailings, being able to catch someone's eye quickly, knowing what to put on those mailings and on our websites to be able to catch that eye after, because the busier people get, they don't sit and read a lot. They just want something that's going to like really reach out to them. So kind of been concentrating on that and we learned that at the new patient workshop. I've been to a new patient workshop three or four times and every time it's in our area, I try to go and bring staff. So we learned quite a bit from the marketing, what's going out, our outflow, as well as how to handle the phone calls. When the marketing works, how the receptionist handles the phone call, so that we don't lose that opportunity or waste that money, because if they can't schedule them, we've wasted money on marketing. We've put a lot of training with our receptionist with that as well, so I mean hats off to the new patient workshop too, because the staff that goes, it really clicks with them and they come back with a whole new renewed sense of excitement that they can make a difference. So it's truly amazing. That's awesome, thank you and that's so great to hear. I would love to hear a little bit and we don't need to mention exact specific numbers, collection and patient, but you've seen growth as a result of having your marketing under control. We've covered, and we covered this in the new patient workshop, marketing, budget, how much should you budget based off of your collections, how to aim your guns at what points, direct mail, online, how to choose which. So I'd love you to tell a little bit of two things, if you and mine. How is your ability to understand marketing? Oh, and there he is, the man himself, he's hoping he need up. Dr. Bernits, an honor, great to see you. We're right in the middle of doing a little testimonial video, just why we have you in between patients and stuff, anything you got to say about the MGE marketing system and myself as a marketer. Oh, amazing. Yeah, just, we were on a downward trend, I think, with new patients and now we're back up where we should be, so I guess it speaks for itself. The man of Cuba, very powerful words. Listen, with both of you there, you know, you've seen growth, good to see you in the back center, with both of you there, you've seen expansion, you've seen expansion, you've gone from one office to four offices, you now have a call center and such, this marketing system and your ability. Now, you're not doing all the marketing yourself, you're not doing your own Google AdWords, you're not doing your own printing, you're not designing postcards, but how do you feel as regards to running external contractors and telling skilled marketers what to do? Well, I mean, for me, I pretty much tell them or the girl that does our PR marketing, what special we want run and how we want it to look and nothing goes out without approval of a proof to make sure that it does catch our eye. And we've worked with them for quite a while, so they kind of, they already know what we're looking for. So it's very, very simple, but just from what we learned at the new patient workshop, whatever catches your eye within two seconds, I think it was two seconds. At least it is for me, it's two seconds, that's kind of what we go with. Yeah, it's like simple like simple postcards and things like that, the old school stuff still works. And that's probably more effectively. Some of it depends, right now, we're seeing a winner. It's done right, right? Yeah. It's effective when it's done right. When you, when you actually know the laws of design, you know, the laws of what it takes to get somebody's, you know, attract interest and get that message across when you know those laws. I mean, it all of a sudden opens a door. That's my view. Yeah, exactly. And the number of all those that's going out too, we concentrate on that too. That's a number that we really look at and concentrate on every week is how many pieces are going out, how many calls, emails, everything. We track all of that. That's awesome. Dr. Burns, tell me, maybe give a message to other doctors that haven't done the new patient workshop or the MGE marketing system or work with me. What do you think they should know now? What would be the thing you would tell them? Well, what I'm saying, if you want to expand, which makes your practice so much easier. Like me, I do mostly dentistry. He does most of the, you know, business and we have another Amy that does the business part of it. And, you know, that's what most dentists don't like doing the business part. They like being in the chair, doing dentistry. So if you want to get out of that, get associates, build your practice, I have less stress now than I did when I was running myself. And I would, you know, I have a business degree and I did the business and I still wasn't as efficient as having someone else do it. So, you guys helped me with all that and you know, this is putting us with it. That's awesome. Awesome. Guys, I just really thank you for taking time at your schedule. I know you're busy. You guys doing well. You guys, are you guys expanding through this post-COVID crisis stuff? Oh, yeah. Actually, we're busy here. Thank you. Best month ever. Best month ever. Yeah. Awesome. Very good. Okay. But you're awesome, well done. Keep up the expansion. Keep it up. You, as you know, I'm here. We're all here at MGE for anything you need and rock and roll. Thank you again for the time. Thank you.
